Mystery Donor Sends Truckload of Hanukkah Presents to Sick Kids

A mystery donor sent a truckload of gifts to children hospitalized at Haifa’s Rambam Medical Center. The Hanukkah gifts were sent by an anonymous Australian donor to kids at the Ruth Rappaport Children’s Hospital to mark the eight-day Festival of Lights. Staff handed out toys, dolls, games, and other surprise packages to kids hospitalized in the pediatric wards. The mystery donor, dubbed “Uncle Australia,” sent over 1,000 gifts, and leftover toys were stored for distribution at the children’s hospital throughout the year.
